At Prosurity, we want you to be the most successful agent you can be.
The ongoing and hands-on training you receive from Prosurity is what will get you there.
Step 1: After you contract with Prosurity, you'll come to the home office and participate in a day and a half training and orientation session. This where you learn the ins and outs of our innovative Prosure Sales Process.
Step 2: Once you obtain your exclusive territory, you'll be entered into our Prosurity Mentor Program. While you're in the program, one of our experienced managers will ride along with you on appointments in your exclusive territory.
You'll continue to work with this manager as you build on the Prosure Sales Process training you learned at the orientation session. You'll be able to put what you've learned into practice while you work with an experienced agent on ways to improve your sales technique.

Introduction to Prosurity every Tuesday at 10:00 am
Introduction to Critical Illness every Tuesday at 11:00 am
Advanced Critical Illness every Thursday at 10:00 am
